Welcome to Digital Bengal. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Digital Bengal's Website and marketing services.
1. Services Agreement
All marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, GMB local SEO, Web development) are delivered as per current website quotations or custom PDF invoices shared with you. Service scope, deliverables, and performance metrics are subject to adjustment based on mutual discussion during the onboarding discovery calls.
2. Platform Ad Spend Billing (Meta & Google)
CRITICAL RULE: Digital Bengal strictly acts as a setup and optimization service manager. We never handle, hold, or accept your actual advertising budget spend.
- Your ad budget must be loaded directly into your own secure Meta Business Suite or Google Ads Account using your personal credit card, debit card, or UPI.
- You pay the platform (Meta / Google Inc.) directly for all ad delivery.
- Digital Bengal's fee only covers our one-time setup and monthly management charges.
3. Pricing Offers and Expirations
All flat 50% discount offers displayed on this website are limited-time promotional plans. Digital Bengal reserves the right to revert pricing structures to their standard regular rate for new setups or clients after the promotional window closes. Locked monthly retainer agreements will be honored at their discounted rate for the duration of the agreed commitment plan.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
[ADD REFUND POLICY]: Digital Bengal works based on actual resource hours allocated for setups, on-page website coding, and active campaign hours.
- For one-time setups (Meta Ads, Google Ads, GMB setups, Websites), fees are paid in terms of milestones (e.g. 50% advance, 50% on delivery) and are non-refundable once work commences.
- For monthly retainer campaigns, you may cancel our service management at any point before the next monthly billing cycle with 7 days' notice.
5. Governing Law
Any claim, legal action, or dispute relating to the services, website content, or agreements with Digital Bengal shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of West Bengal, India. You agree that any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
